In the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful.
All children are born more or less with the same extent of talent but, it is the environment at home, in school, or in society that shapes that talent to shine in the world to be an asset or damages it to be a burden for humanity. In this context, having a glance over the surroundings, one will find that about eighty percent of the children are spoilt at home due to guardians' ignorance to handle them and more than that are spoilt falling in the hands of unqualified teachers. A person can't be accepted as a teacher until he or she lays an impact on the child's discipline and behaviour in the most positive way. During the last forty Years' of experience in the field of teaching, I have gathered that many of the students who fail in their life, lack concentration, discipline, sound moral behaviour and understanding which altogether lose their confidence. Keeping this very strong view in mind, Crescent Public Senior Secondary School has been established. Since then, the school has strictly been following the discipline of the child, teacher and parents. We believe that tomorrow's India lies in schools and educational institutions. If we want to see India as a prosperous, strong and healthy nation, we will have to discipline our students. And it is quite impossible to discipline them until the teachers and parents do the same for themselves. We need our guardians' and teachers' patience and cooperation to proceed in this direction. I hope that Allah will guide and help us shape our students to be beneficial for humanity. Above all, the key to success lies hidden in a silent endeavour. The teaching-learning process is possible only in a quiet, silent and peaceful environment. One can't imagine of reading anything to understand and explain in a noisy atmosphere.
